CISRS Part 1 Course Overview
The Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme (CISRS) is a widely recognised scaffolding training scheme. See more details for course objectives, content and prerequisites.
CISRS Part 1 Scaffolding Tube and Fitting improves knowledge of using tube and fitting or system scaffold. The course covers the core skills of scaffolding, including how to safely erect, alter and dismantle basic structures. Our training centre is in Coventry, we cover across the West and East Midlands, including the South and North.

A CISRS Part 1 Scaffolding training course includes:

To complete CISRS Part 1 Scaffolding training course, delegates must have:
A valid CISRS trainee Scaffolder or labourers card which has been held for at least 6 months.
A minimum of 6 months practical experience of scaffolding operations (e.g. labouring or carrying out simple scaffolding operations under the direct supervision of a qualified scaffolder).

WHO IS IT FOR?
Trainee scaffolder or scaffold labourer who are looking to progress in their qualification as a scaffolder.

PRE-REQUISITES
Delegate must have held a CISRS COTS card for a minimum of 6 months. Please provide a photo of the card. You need to have completed a CITB Health, Safety & Environmental Touchscreen test within 2 years of application or (have a recognised exemption).
